In the summer of 2007 Destitution was formed out of the remains of Torched and Xi-Void. The shared passion for Thrash Metal brought Emiel, Geert, Robert and Tristan together. The purpose of the band is, to make well

thought-out Thrash Metal with catchy riffs, while at the same time keeping an eye on the technique. Besides that, the music contains aggression, well-considered melody lines and old-school Thrash influences, as well as epic moments.
