The last biography was complete crap. John Butlers mum is American and his father is Australia, his descendants are traced back to Ireland also. He was born in the USA and moved to Australia around the age of 7. He lived in Pinjarra (small town bout 100kms south of perth) where

he attended Pinjarra High. He has an obvious talent for music and began spreading this talent on the streets of Fremantle, particularly in the makrets, where if you are lucky enough to see one of his concerts he will most probably tell you fond stories of these times.
